In 2023, the Ammeux and Bonvalet families combined their passion for distillation and local agriculture.
In 2024, they created the Union of Champagne Distilleries to promote this expertise. In Reims, their project came to life with the Spirits’ Club, a space dedicated to the discovery and creation of spirits.
